All products sold by DMP online shop are of good quality and are considered as being reliable. On the other hand, DMP online shop warns against their use in an application, in a medical tool or system, in any domestic, commercial or industrial product where an error could result in harm or even death of a human being or an animal.

Payment Method

l   Credit card: In order to pay by credit card, you will be required to enter your credit card number with the date of expiry once you reach Checkout. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you would like more information concerning our secure payment method, please read the Security & Privacy section. If you are not comfortable making a payment online, you can reach us by phone (at 886-2-2298-0770) or by fax (at 886-2-2299-1883) and use your credit card that way.

We do perform screening checks for all credit card transactions. Please make sure your address and phone number matches those associated with your credit card statement in order to avoid any delays. The majority of the orders can be processed and confirmed the same day. If we have questions or need a confirmation, we will contact you.

l   PayPal: It is also possible to pay via PayPal. You can choose this method directly during the online payment process. Please note that payments made through PayPal are processed immediately, even if we can't ship immediately (because the item is out of stock for example). If you would like to be charged only when we ship your order, we suggest paying directly via Credit Card instead of PayPal.

Return

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought at DMP online, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 7 days of receipt. You must first advise us by email: shop@dmp.com.tw. DMP online shop will provide you with a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a RMA number. The product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return and your RMA number. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the abovementioned conditions. Build-it-yourselfapplication/devices are not refundable once assembled. Parts requiring assembly or soldering are also not refundable once assembled, soldered or modified in any way.

Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded). You must also cover the cost of returning the product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Cleaning fees (USD 15.00) may also be charged if products is returned and has not been properly cleaned. Restocking fees of 20% will be charged on special orders only.

Shipping

If you want to know the shipping cost to your location, add the items you want to order to your cart. You will be able to calculate your shipping rates directly in your cart with the option Estimate Shipping (local Tax NOT include). This is fast and easy. We usually processed on the next 2 working days. If the item is not in stock, you will be informed before ordering.
